Basic Watercolors

Dates: April 16 – June 4, 2026 sessions on Thursdays from 5:30 PM – 8 PM
8 week session, 2.5 hours per class, $140

This is an ongoing offering with new sessions seasonally. I do a warm up with teaching some basic drawing skills and exercises, then I cover a basic watercolor technique and follow up with themed projects to sharpen the skill. The last hour of class is an open work time, although seasoned students may certainly use any/all of class time to work on their own projects and simply request feedback and guidance. We also may discuss other artworks to show you how other artists have approached art!
Printmaking Workshop

Date: May 16, 2026, Saturday, 1 – 4 PM
$45, all supplies provided.
Learn the basics of relief printmaking with easy cut blocks and water-based ink. Printmaking can be very approachable (and very addictive!) Great for folks who like to make artwork to give away – now you can make copies of your design for all your friends and family! This workshop will use plants as inspiration, and designs will be available to those who need them. Feel free to bring your own designs if you like!
