All sales are final. All rights to artwork are retained by the artist, Joelle Douthit. Purchase of artwork does not confer license or copyright. Purchase of artwork only confers the ownership of the physical item; no rights for reproduction are conferred.
Commissions will require a signed contract and a deposit of half of the sale price before work begins. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Final payment is due upon notification of completion, and then the commission will be shipped with tracking and insurance. Please note commissions are accepted at the artist’s discretion and timing, and Joelle may not have commissions available and reserves the right to turn down a project.
All online transactions are currently completed through local galleries, and payment options are limited to their offerings. Checks and cashier’s checks are not accepted for online purchases. (Online store coming soon.)
